概述
真空干燥是将被干燥物料处于真空条件下进行加热，它利用真空泵进行抽气抽湿，使工作室处于真空状态，物料的干燥速率大大加快，同时也节省了能源。
真空干燥设备分为静态干燥器和动态干燥机。YZG圆筒、FZG方型真空干燥机属于静态真空干燥器。SZG双锥回转真空干燥机属于动态干燥机。物料在静态进入干燥器内干燥时，物料处于静止状态，形体不会损坏，干燥前还可进行消毒处理，物料在动态干燥机内干燥时不停地翻动，干燥更均匀、充分。
真空状态下物料溶剂的沸点降低，所以适用于干燥不稳定或热敏性物料；真空干燥机有良好的密封性，所以又适用干干燥需回收溶剂和含强烈刺激，有毒气体的物料。
真空干燥设备已广泛用于制药、化工、食品、染料等行业，符合药品GMP管理规范。

General Descriptions
* Vacuum dry is to let the raw material to be dried at vacuum condition heating and drying.It use vacuum pump to pump damp and make the working
chamber from vacuum status. Therefore the dry speed of raw material is quickened and the energy is saved greatly.
* Vacuum dry is divided into static and dynamic drier.Model FZG round vacuum drier or Model FZG square vacuum drier belongs to dynamic
drier.Model SZG double cone rotating vacuum drier belongs to dynamic drier. When raw material is dried in static drier,raw material is in static state
and its shqpe can not destroy.Before drying,it can carry out the treatment of disinfecion.When raw material is dried in dynamic drier.raw material is
turned over ceaselessly. So it can be dried better and more uniformly.
* In the state of vacuum,the boilling point of raw material will be dropped.Therefore it is suitable for drying raw materials that are unstable or thermal
sensitive.The vacuum drier also has good airtighenss.So it is also for drying raw materials that contain strong irriative and toxic gases and toxic
gases and the solvent needs to recover.
* The vacuum drier has been wide use for pharmaceutial industry,chemical industry,foodstuff industry,dyestuff industry and so on.Air is in conformity
with the requirements of GMP.
